We experienced technical difficulties, during our last winter storm. If you made your last payment through PSN (online)  please sign into your PSN account and verify payment. We came across  a few  accounts that did not load correctly so the billing  amount was wrong. We will be calling those account members that we caught, but everyone who uses PSN services should log back in and verify that their account is paid in full.
